Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear and crafted with hypoallergenic, waterproof materials. However, excessive wear and tear may lead to damage or defects over time. While our pieces are water-resistant, we recommend removing your jewelry when showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes to maintain its quality and longevity.
